Agencies sell hours. Most "AI companies" sell a demo.
We pick a specific jam — permit packets, missed calls, a Mazda trim page that doesn't match the window sticker — and we build the tool. Then we run it.

How the sites stay light
The public pages are HTML. Light theme. Fat borders. No dark glass, no glow, no 400kb of framework to render a phone number.
That isn't a design religion for its own sake. A plumber on a job site should be able to open the page. A dealer BDC should be able to tap the CTA with a thumb.
Built down the street, not on a Zoom
I sit with the work. Milk crates in a shop. Coffee at Local Summer. If I write "saves two hours per permit," it is because I watched the packet get assembled, not because a template needed a metric.
