The legal entity is still Asbury AI Solutions LLC. Filed. Real. That's the name on the paperwork.
The name on the site, the store, the emails you actually read, is Asbury Solutions.
I took "AI" off the public brand on purpose.
People were buying a vibe
For two years every local shop got pitched "AI." Chatbots that don't know the inventory. Receptionists that hallucinate hours. A demo that looks magic on a laptop and dies the first Saturday the BDC is closed.
When I said Asbury AI Solutions, the next question was always the same: "So you do ChatGPT for my business?"
No. I build the missing loop.
- The permit packet that eats two hours before you even drive to the township. PermitPilot, $50/mo.
- The missed call at 7:40 p.m. that should have texted back. Setup $299.
- The dealership desk that answers inventory questions after the showroom lights are off. $749/mo for the chatbot, $749/mo for the site, priced as two products. There is no published bundle number because I will not invent one.
- The deed that lists an LLC and a neighbor who wants a name. Snapshot $49. DeepSight $699.
None of that needs the letters A and I in the logo. It needs a price, a proof, and a button.
What we kept
The domain stays asburyaisolutions.com. Searchers still type the old name. JSON-LD still has the legal name so Google doesn't think we vanished.
What left the homepage and the headers is the buzzword. If a post is actually about a chatbot or a model cost, the word "AI" still shows up in the sentence. I didn't run a find-and-replace on reality. I stopped using the word as a costume.
How you can tell this isn't a rebrand theater
A rebrand theater would have launched a new color, a manifesto, and a "we're evolving" paragraph.
We did this instead:
- Light pages. No dark glass.
- Prices on the page, or the page doesn't ship.
- Schwartz Mazda is my day job, not a customer logo.
- The comics we draw of the actual days the studio had — they're on the blog now.
If you want the pitch deck version, there isn't one. If you want the bottleneck version: tell me what breaks, or book the free consult. It's a Google Calendar link, not a funnel that "nurtures" you for six weeks.
Would someone screenshot this and send it to a shop owner? That's the test. "We added AI" fails it. "I took it off the sign" might pass.
