    How it works

    Three steps. No six-month cycle.

    01

    Tell me what’s stuck

Name, shop, and the job that’s eating the week. Three fields. I read it.

    02

    Product, build, or no

I’ll say if a tool already exists, if we should build, or if you should keep the money.

    03

    You run it

You keep the system. I stay on the hook. Documentation written for operators.

Schwartz Truck Center — Shrewsbury, NJ

Heavy-Duty Truck Sales & Service — Shrewsbury, NJ

The pain. A multi-location dealership running on a legacy dealer platform that couldn't show live inventory or take a credit application.

The fix. Website build — inventory detail pages, service and parts information, and inquiry flows. The case study describes the implementation.

The result. Reference build for Schwartz Truck Center. Customer website: schwartztruckcenter.com →

    Dealership Referral Platform

Automotive — Monmouth County (partner name private)

The pain. Referral leads walked in and out of the dealership with nothing capturing them — no pages, no routing, no record.

The fix. Multi-tenant referral landing pages with lead intake piped straight into the dealership's CRM.

The result. A referral-intake implementation. Deployment status and measured business outcomes are not verified here.

    NJ trades — permit packets

Plumbing & HVAC — Monmouth County (name private)

The pain. Permit packet preparation required repeated job and contractor information.

The fix. PermitPilot: organize job and contractor information into draft permit paperwork for human review.

The result. This is a product origin story, not a named client case.

    About

    One founder. You get me.

I’m Peter Byrnes. Asbury Solutions is my studio in Asbury Park. I set the strategy. Agents ship, deploy, and keep production running. You get me on the call — not a junior and a chatbot.

Shipping products since 2022. The studio launched in 2026 — same builder, no vaporware.

I do not sell a chatbot in a trench coat. If the work is stuck — missed calls, permit packets, after-hours leads, a Windows box that feels broken — tell me. I’ll say whether it’s a product, a build, or something you should not spend money on.

    • Strategy is human. I own the call.
    • If I can’t take it, I say so.
    • Local businesses. Real ops. Built in Asbury Park.

    FAQ

    Straight answers.

The questions people actually ask before they spend money.

Do you only work in Asbury Park?

I'm based in Asbury Park and I work neighbor-to-neighbor across Monmouth County. Remote is fine when the job does not need to be in the room. If you run a shop here, I will meet you in person when it helps.

Is this ChatGPT wrapped in a website?

No. The public site sells software that already runs: permit packets, property reports, a Windows tool, dealership intake. ChatGPT is a model. These are products with screens, prices, and operators.

What does a first project actually cost?

Automation starts at $2,500. Integration runs $1,500–$5,000. Custom builds run $5,000–$25,000+. Workshops are $500 half-day or $1,200 full-day. Software on the store is priced per SKU — PCBoost is $29. I will tell you if you should not spend the money.

Can I just buy software and not hire you?

Yes. The store is for that. Buy PCBoost, pull a VeilTrace report, or open a product page. Consulting is a separate door if the work is stuck inside your business.

    What happens to my data?

Contact forms go to the studio inbox. I do not sell lists. Client work stays in that client's systems. If a product stores data, the product page says so. Ask before you send anything sensitive.
