These terms govern your use of the site at asburyaisolutions.com and anything you buy from it. By using the site or buying from the store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

If you are buying for a business
If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company to these terms.
What you are buying
The store sells three kinds of things, and the product page controls what you get:
- Digital downloads (guides, checklists, prompt packs) — delivered as a file or download link.
- Software and subscriptions — access to a tool or workflow, billed on the cycle shown at checkout.
- Services — a done-for-you setup or engagement, scoped on the product page.
What is included is what the product page says is included. Nothing outside that description is promised.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Fulfillment begins only after we receive and verify Stripe's signed payment event. Prices are confirmed by the server and shown again by Stripe at checkout. Where a subscription is involved, it renews on the cycle shown at checkout until you cancel.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (/refund-policy/), which is part of these terms. Read it before you buy.
Delivery and access
For digital products we deliver to the email address on your order or by a download link. Keep that address working. For subscriptions and services, we provide access or start the work as described on the product page. If a delivery fails because of a bad address on the order, contact us and we will re-send.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate order and contact information.
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute products you have not been licensed to redistribute.
- Do not use the site or the products for anything unlawful, or to attempt to break or overload the site.
Our content and your license
We own the site and the products, or have the right to sell them. Buying a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes — not ownership of it and not a right to resell it. Product pages may state a broader license; if they do, that page controls.
Availability
We work to keep the site and the store up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or remove products and pages.
Disclaimers
Products and services are provided as described on the product page, without other promises beyond what the law requires. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial, or medical advice, and nothing we sell is sold as professional advice for your specific situation.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under New Jersey law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
