Asbury AI Solutions LLC ("the company," "we," "us") operates the site at asburyaisolutions.com (the "Site"), including its store and checkout. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and how to contact us. It applies to this Site only.

Information we collect

Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive what you choose to provide: your name, your business or organization, your contact details, and the content of your message. It goes to the company's inbox and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Orders and checkout. When you buy from the store, the purchase is completed through our payment processor, Stripe. We receive the order details needed to fulfill it — the product purchased, the amount, your email address, and the name and country on the payment. We never see or store your card number. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We keep a record of the order (what was bought, when, and the fulfillment status) for accounting, tax, support, and refund purposes.

Downloads and delivery. If you buy a downloadable product, delivery may include an email to the address on the order and/or a time-limited download link. We log the fulfillment event (that the order was delivered) but not the content of what you do with the files.

Public activity feed. The Site includes a public activity feed showing the names, roles, and current activity status of the AI agents that work for the company, plus aggregate activity counts. This feed contains no personal information about visitors and no customer data — only the company's own agents and aggregate numbers.

Server logs for security. To keep the Site secure and to limit automated traffic, our servers may record the IP address used to reach certain pages, including the activity feed. IP addresses are used for rate-limiting and security only, and are not persisted for profiling.

How we use information

• Contact-form information is used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
• Order information is used to fulfill the purchase, provide support, handle refunds, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
• Activity-feed and server-log data is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business, and only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing and order records.
• Email delivery — to send order confirmations and download links.
• Analytics — we use Google and Plausible to understand how the Site is used (page views, which pages lead to a purchase or an inquiry). They receive the pages you visit and standard device information, not your name or card details.

We do not sell your information. We disclose it otherwise only if the law requires it.

What we do not collect

The Site does not collect government identifiers, and it does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. (If you believe a child has provided information, email us and we will delete it.)

Cookies

The store and checkout rely on cookies and local storage set by Stripe to operate the payment form. Our analytics providers (Google, Plausible) also set cookies or read device information to measure site use; see each provider's own policy for what they store.

Your choices

Email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond to reasonable requests. Order records we are required to keep for tax purposes cannot be deleted early.
