Your Team Should Know How to Run What We Built.

Software that nobody knows how to use is not a solution — it is a paperweight. We run hands-on training sessions so your team can operate, maintain, and get value from the systems we build together. No slides. No theory. Just the actual tools.

Why Training

They Should Not Need to Call Us Every Time.

Training turns your team from users into operators. Less dependency on us, more confidence in the tools they use every day.

Hands-On, Not Slides

Your team sits at their keyboards and works through the actual system. By the end of the session they have used it, not just watched someone demo it.

Written for Operators

Documentation written for people who need to get work done, not engineers. Step-by-step guides with screenshots and plain-language explanations.

Built Around Your Team

We tailor the session to your people — their skill level, their tools, their daily workflow. No generic training modules that do not apply.

Follow-Up Support

Every training session includes a week of email follow-up. Questions come up after the session ends, and we answer them within the same day.

Topics

What We Cover

Sessions are tailored to your team and your tools. Here is what we cover most often.

AI Literacy for Teams

What AI can and cannot do for your business. How to use AI tools effectively. How to spot when AI is giving you a wrong answer. No jargon. No hype. Just practical knowledge.

Tool-Specific Training

Hands-on training for the systems we built together. How to run reports, handle exceptions, add new data, and troubleshoot common issues. Your team learns the actual workflows they will use every day.

Ongoing Support

Monthly check-ins and tune-up sessions. As your business changes, the tools should keep up. We make sure your team stays current with new features and best practices.

Documentation

Written documentation that matches how your team actually works. Step-by-step guides, quick reference cards, and video walkthroughs. Designed for operators, not engineers.

Process

Discovery → Scope → Build → Hand-off

Every training session is scoped to your team. You know the agenda and price before anything happens.

Discovery

15-minute call. You tell me who needs training, what tools they use, and what they need to be able to do. I recommend a format and outline.

Scope

I send you a session outline with topics, timing, and deliverables. You approve the agenda before the session is scheduled. Fixed price.

Session

In-person training at your office. Hands-on, keyboard-down work through the actual systems. Your team uses the tools while I guide them.

Follow-Up

One week of email support included. Documentation delivered within 48 hours. If something is not clicking, we schedule a quick follow-up at no extra cost.

Not sure what format fits? The discovery call is free. I will recommend the right session — half-day, full-day, or a series — before you commit to anything.

FAQ

Questions You Probably Have

Do you train at our office or remotely?

In-person at your office in Monmouth County. Training works best when your team is at their own machines using their own tools. Remote sessions are available if you are outside the area.

What if my team has never used AI before?

That is the point. Sessions start from wherever your team is. I do not assume prior knowledge. The first hour covers the basics in plain language, then we get hands-on.

Can you train on tools you did not build?

Yes. AI literacy sessions cover general AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and how to use them effectively for your specific business context. We focus on practical use, not theory.

What happens after the session?

You get written documentation within 48 hours and one week of email support. If your team needs a follow-up session, we can schedule it at the same fixed price.
